Before & After Complete Reconstruction – This home was set for a renovation, but during demolition, we discovered that the foundation and structure were severely compromised and dilapidated. Due to the poor condition of the home and its archaic design, our client agreed with my assessment to raze the structure and build new from the ground up. The new home is an attractive Colonial appropriate in size and style to the area, which not only increased its value but made the neighbors smile. Our team of skilled craftsmen has the capacity and equipment to build this beautiful two-story home. The interior living room depicts a modern look of recessed lighting, double-pane windows, and a popular color accented with crown molding and baseboard trim. The oak hardwood flooring completes the interior. We demolished the old and erected the new within the agreed timelines and budgets.
