Before & After Complete Reconstruction
What started as a minor water damage restoration in the kitchen of this home, finished with a complete renovation and addition of a second story. The owner wished for a larger home to accommodate his growing family and decided to take advantage of our CRS Connecticut Reconstruction Services capabilities. The site was wide enough to allow for relocation of the driveway with a side entrance to the garage, allowing us to expand the front yard. This change resulted in a dramatic improvement to the curb appeal of the home and was amplified by the beautifully constructed second story. The value of this property more than doubled with these improvements. As CRS Designer/Project Manager, I was proud of our creativity in providing our client with a home that was “Even Better Than Before.”
