Water Damage Build Back
The second-floor pedestal sink overflowed for several hours, and gravity directed the water. The liquid migrated down through the floor joists and sheathing and damaged the walls and the ceilings in the below kitchen and hallway. After our skilled team completed a tear-out and removal of all non-salvageable materials and fixtures, we called in our trusted partner, SERVPRO. They dried the exposed areas and then applied an antifungal agent to ensure that no mold colonies would be a future issue. We can assure our customers that after we complete the build back of their water damaged home, the job is done!
